Questions & answers
Who draws the cards?
Kaya does! Every card is drawn and coloured by hand with pencils and pens. Kaya's parent runs the shop: checking requests, taking payments and posting every card.
How much does a card cost?
Kaya's Originals are from £5.00 and custom cards are £12.00 (current estimate), plus postage. You'll see the full price before you pay.
When do I pay?
After we've checked your request. You don't pay anything when you send it. We email you a secure payment link, and Kaya starts drawing once it's paid. We never ask for card details on this website.
How long does it take?
Usually about 10 days to draw, plus postage time. If you need it by a certain date, tell us in the form and we'll say before you pay if we can't make it.
Can you post it straight to the person?
Yes. Just put their name and address in the delivery section.
Will my card look exactly like the photo?
Nearly! Everything is hand-drawn, so each card is a little bit unique.
Are there ideas Kaya won't draw?
Kaya is a young artist, so we may politely turn down anything scary, rude, or using logos or characters we don't own. If we can't make your card, you won't be charged.
What happens to my photos and address?
Only the Kaya Cards team can see them. Reference photos are deleted two weeks after your order is finished, and addresses are removed 6 months later. See the privacy notice.
