Privacy notice

To be confirmed by the shop owner: the legal name and address of the person or business responsible for this shop (the "data controller").

What we collect

• Your name and email, so we can confirm your order, send a payment link and give you updates.
• The recipient's name and delivery address, so we can post the card.
• Your card details: occasion, message, design idea and any reference photos you upload.
• A one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your internet address, kept for one day, to stop spam and abuse.

We never collect payment card numbers on this website. Payments are handled by the payment provider on their own secure page.

Who can see it

Only the adult(s) who run Kaya Cards. Your order page is protected by a private link that only you receive. Reference photos are stored privately and are never shown publicly.

How long we keep it

• Reference photos: deleted two weeks after your order is finished.
• Delivery address, design idea and message: removed 6 months after your order is finished.
• Order number, totals and payment reference: kept as long as the law requires for accounts.

On this device

While you fill in a form, what you type is saved on your own device so it isn't lost if the page refreshes. It is cleared when you send the form. Nothing is saved from password or payment fields.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time through the contact page.
