We post cards worldwide. Postage is added to your order based on the delivery country:

How long will it take?
Kaya usually needs about 10 days to draw a card, then it goes in the post. We email you when it's on its way.
Returns & refunds
Every card is made to order, so we can't take back a card just because of a change of mind. If your card arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us with your order number and we'll put it right. If we can't make a card you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.
